Located in Matheson, Ontario stands the Thelma Miles Museum. Housed in the former St. Mary’s Catholic School, the museum represents the history of the communities of Val Gagné , Shillington, Wavel, Ramore, Holtyre and Matheson, from 1900 - 1945.

The Museum’s collection extends over two floors, encompassing almost 7000 sq. feet featuring first home, school, scullery, farming, automotive and other settings.

Meetings, Minutes and Volunteer helpers: Monthly Committee Meetings every 4th Wednesday during the open season Monthly Volunteer Helpers Group Meetings are held every 3rd Monday of every month.(except July & August)
